Good Afternoon All Ball Family,
I apologize for flooding your messages all at once. When I get a couple minutes of free time I have to take advantage.

I’m working on Las Vegas
We need a head count (athletes) for Vegas.We need to know how many teams will participate and get registered. Also for room blocks.

We will lodge at the West Gate Resort. If the athletes will be going without a parent they will be rooming with 3 other team members. We will seek arrangements so non of the athletes will fly along. We will make arrangements from airport to hotel. If the parents are going and your child wants to room with the team, they are welcomed and fee is required.

Athletes are responsible for room/flight/transportation/food/spending money

Athletes room fee will be no more than 250.00( this is with 4 athletes in the room.)
*Transportation fee will be 85.00
**Flights we are still looking at flights
Currently flights are running 250-300.So I am still flight watching to get lower rates.
If anyone cross over lower flights please post them.

Also FYI: Also parents, you are welcome to plan/purchase your trip accordingly if you see some great deals. Expedia have some good bundle packages. If you are flying by yourself or with 1 person.
